My real state agent was not the most active either since she was not local but luckily I was able to g around with her coworkers which she was local and I got the same answer from her when I have the issue with my closing disclosure.

I would take him off your list. He stated he did not like the Ava, showed us houses that were not what we wanted. I found our own home.

Veterans United set me up with a real estate agent that can possibly be the worst agent in the world. She seem to never know what was going on throughout the entire process never kept me informed I had to find out mostly everything myself. Made one mistake after another. Made me promises that she would take care of stuff and when I would check back with her a week later she always had some kind of an excuse and I'd have to do it myself anyway. This was my first home and I had no idea what I was doing or what I needed that's the real estate agent's job. Every time I finish a list from Veterans United I would get a new one and by the time I got their next list done if I was able to do it in a timely fashion there would be another list of things needed to be done and things would start to expire only to make me do it again. It took me over a year for this loan process dealing with an agent that couldn't even get a private road agreement straightened out. She wasn't even at closing to pick up her check. And the one thing that should really cost her her job she told me not to say anything but she propositioned me to let her sign a document illegally. If the seller was not a personal friend of mine I'm sure I would have lost the chance to buy the home. The only reason I decided to finish the property with her was because I had already done most of the work I was almost done after 10 months of headaches and didn't want to start over with someone new. She even had a problem working with the person I was trying to buy the home from. I got a complaint from them every time she spoke to them. I worked with the loan agent myself to finish closing because if I waited on my real estate agent I would probably still be trying to get it closed. In the future Veterans United should screen the agents they assign their customers!
