Tosha overall has been good for me and my process of being a new homeowner. She was quick to sit on the phone with me to discuss wants and expectations of buying a home. I was updated daily with new listings and available properties. I did not rate her 10/10 because of communication difficulties. The market in 2021 is very hectic. There is a quick turn around for sellers, expectation for higher asking price, tension during negotiation. With that being understood, it is still pertinent that agents and clients obtain a clear line of communication. She was very accommodating to my needs and wishes. It would have been easier if I was town.

In the beginning, our agent was very supportive and communicative. After we found our home, the communication and response time on issues or concerns became a little frustrating.After multiple attempts at trying to receive information on repair requests, updates on septic, pest and any other reports, we finally received the majority of this information on the day of signing. It’s been two days since we signed our closing paperwork, and we don’t have an exact time of when we will be getting our keys to our house - repairs are still being finalized.

I feel my agent had to much going on and sometimes we missed deadlines on a house because of this. She was very friendly and hard working (almost to hard). Our agent also was commuting about 40 minutes each way just to show houses in the area we were looking. I feel an agent should be from the same area you are looking and maybe an agent that has a team would have made things a little easier on us and the agent

Robert was also outstanding!!! Robert always went the extra step to help and guide us through the entire home buying process. Robert went out of his way to answer questions, provide guidance and go the extra mile with zero complaints. Robert’s demeanor is very pleasant and we found him very easy to work with. The realtor lady Linda Stone was the best. We literally could not of asked for anyone better. She kept us well informed. She worked after hours. She knows the area very well. She recommended things to do and restaurants to try. I visited the area over a hundred times and I didn’t know their was other things to do. I like the area I live in now even more thanks to her.

Talia Gila went above and beyond every step of the way and pushed the limits all the way to close. She is absolutely outstanding and I cannot compliment her enough! The selling agent even stated more than once that the main reason the sellers accepted our offer and worked with us through this process was due to Talia’s efficiency and professionalism!

Melanie and Steve were awesome! Always available to answer questions and go over the numbers on the MANY houses we had to look at in this market. We ended up working with Melanie the most and she was an absolute star! Super helpful and friendly, stayed with us through the whole process all the way to closing. 10/10 would recommend.
