The sales manager was a pleasure to work with. As for the real estate agent that showed me the properties, I felt he needed to get a better read of the customer. If I would have payed attention to his advice I would have easily gotten into a bad deal and over payed for home.

My agents were very nice people the only issue I had was they did not live in the Houston area they lived in San Antonio so I did not feel I had as good access to them for them to be able to take care of issues

Jeffrey Sisk is an outstanding real estate agent. He was always available. If he wasn’t he made sure to have a back up agent if we wanted to see a house. He took what we were looking for and showed everything that he saw that might be a good fit. He made the house searching, buying, and communication between all three parties effortless. If we sell in the future I am only calling Jeff.

I worked through my original real estate agent in the local area for the refinance, who was originally recommended to me through Veterans United. Much like the first time she was exceptional in this process and would also recommend her for anyone in this area.

Terry was amazing. Very patient with us viewing house after house. He remembered things about us that we do, liked and loved or hated about houses. He would look into houses and talk to us about them before, during and after viewing.
