Our realtor was great in the beginning; however, after the closing process got started she communicated much less. We requested a walk through video of the home, to which we have still not received. We also asked for a firm move out date from the previous owners, as they had stated they might move out before the no later than date. She has still not gotten back to us and this is causing us to pay for an airbnb until the no later than date when we could potentially move in earlier if she could give us that information. Overall she found us a great home and we are very thankful, just wish she would have continued being such a great help as we came to the end of the process.

She was ok. Several things seemed to catch her by surprise in the process and/or information wasn't relayed to/from the seller in a timely way. I'm not sure how much of this was our realtor, vs their realtor.

Just not impressed with our buying agent. Basically, just showed up to closing to pick up his check and seemed more concerned with the money that he was going to receive than anything. He was always respectful, but just didn't seem that interested in the job he was doing.

Our real estate agent was Karen Shaylor Wong. She was so amazing through every step of our buying process! We had one offer accepted on a home from OpenDoor, and they gave us a very hard time with things, but Karen was there handling all the issues with them on our behalf. We ended up having to pull out of that house due to damages found on the inspection, and Karen made sure they gave us all our money back, almost $3000 in due diligence, end, and inspection fees! We are so grateful that she worked so hard on our behalf! She was so responsive at all hours day, night, and weekends, and was always ready to show us homes even on very short notice. She is such a fun lady to be around and has such a great sense of humor, and always had our best interest in mind. We absolutely love her!!

Our real estate agent Patty was amazing. She was professional and supportive of our decisions. She gave good solid input when it came to submitting an offer. She was willing to work above and beyond helping us to land a home in a competitive market field. She put in more than six offers for us and we landed a house. We are so thankful for all of her help and her pleasant personality. We loved her and so did our kids. Thank you Patty for everything your the best. 🥰

I cannot express in words how outstanding our realtor was. She worked, literally, at all hours to help us find a home. She has unparalleled service, knowledge, and professionalism. she had patience with us as first time buyers and explained every odd term we didn’t understand.
