Communication wasn’t the best. I had to reach out to her most of the time. She also never scheduled a final walk through. I understand I was out of town but with technology the way it is I could’ve had a walk through.

James briefly asked what we were looking for and set us up with his site that would send us a few homes a day to look at. We found all the homes we wanted to make offers on ourself and reached out to him about them. He was very nonchalant throught the process and it was almost like he expected people to settle for things just because the housing market was so busy. He didn't seem to care for our decision to try to have an issue with the title fixes instead of just getting title insurance to cover it. He also told us the the needed deck repair was finished ( relied on sellers agent for info) which was not done when we paid to have appraiser go back out. The deck then needed to be repaired which delayed closing paperwork to be finalized until last minute. During the final walk through( first time meeting the buyer from our of state) he was very disengaged and was on his phone most of the time. Many thing he told us were not accurate in new Hampshire in regards to title, using a POA for signing, utilities, etc but did state he was more familiar in Massachusetts. The overall process was frustrating, especially being out if state buyers.

The Real Estate Agent assigned through Veterans United, Marlene Corona, was truly a Blessing at in disguise to my home buying experience and journey. Her strong determination and utmost professionalism working with Kristin Thomas VU and their works with Richmond Home Sales Representative, Director of Loans was a picture of professionalism throughout the entire home building and buying process. I couldn't happen to have been blessed with a Truer Professional than Marlene Corona. Thank You for Everything you have done to getting me into my new home. Charles was extremely patient with my wife and I. We took quite a bit of time finding a house, and Charles had no issues with it. He also did his best to handle the last couple weeks of the closing, which became a bit of a nightmare due to some problems that arose.
