His knowledge of the VA loan process and the minimum property requirements vs. a home inspection was not what I expected when i had VU recommend a realtor. He had me very anxious about several items on the home that ended up not being a big deal at all. He was very nice but I had hoped he would be more experienced with VA requirements.

We did everything from a distance of several states away. Jodi was a joy to work with. She was 'on it' from the start and gave great recommendations at every point. Home viewings were all virtual. Anytime documents were needed, she had them to us to sign online in minutes. She referred us to a home inspector and utility providers. The closing was smooth and understandable. She got us the perfect home!
