My real estate agents were paired-Crum Griffin Group. So I worked with two realtors Jennifer and Brenda. The ONLY reason why I rated them an 8 is because Brenda was outstanding, professional and very personable! I really enjoyed working with her and she did most of the work. My other realtor Jennifer, I did not meet until closing day and all her communication was mainly text message. She did not give an very personable attitude and was very distant. Even at closing I felt as if she was rushing to hurry up and close and sign. Jennifer is knowledgeable but does not show interest in her work like Brenda.Brenda deserves an raise, applause, and award! I enjoyed working with them overall because they were knowledgeable and made sure I got the house I wanted. I just wish the communication with Jennifer was better. I read other reviews on google about them and other people also had the same review as me in regards to how Brenda is versus Jennifer and I think that should be considered and valued.

Met for the first time on day one at a potential home we wanted to put an offer on. Got accepted same day! Super nice and genuine, 5 stars all around. Always there when needed even late late. Never missed a beat and saw me through the whole process with ease. If you're in Texas I highly recommend this real estate agent. If you are shopping around for agents, at least put her in the choices and I guarantee you'd find the satisfaction of high standards in her as I did! Job well done!

Joe is a freaking rockstar. Always took my texts and calls even if they were what may have been a dumb question. Was very patient throughout the process as we navigated first time homebuying. He went to bat for us against some difficult sellers and helped us land a great deal. Joe is professional, very attentive, very empathetic, and always had an upbeat personality on the phone. I would recommend for anyone looking to choose him as your realtor!

Without her input and honesty, I don’t know where I would be now. She stood by my side and got me exactly what I wanted. She always answered my questions and if she didn’t know she’d find out and get back to me quickly. Without Kelly, I wouldn’t be in the beautiful home I am in today! I would recommend her to everyone buying or selling their home!

Except for my previous listed concerns, Sam Perez was very competent..pleasant..professional.
Always available and would research my concerns. I feel on the sanitary issue Sam & Veterans United should have communicated more thoroughly, especially regarding this responsibility to the listing agent.

Maria Schafer and Susan Sheets were great! They answered all of our "first time" homebuyer questions and made my wife and I feel extremely comfortable in our decision making throughout the entire process, even down to the day of closing! I'd highly recommend these 2 realtors to anyone looking to purchase a home or land. They were there anytime we needed them. These 2 realtors made the homebuying experience smooth. We will be in contact with them even after this process. Keep it up!!

Agent hung in there through several trails and misfortunes as we looked over the market for many, many months. Made personal videos so that we could feel as though we were walking through several properties even though we lived 2 states away and could not get there to walk through as fast as offers poured in on many houses we liked.

Matthew Lepore with Keller Williams was great! He put up with me and that's an achievement by itself. I wasn't happy about something and he was on it and made sure I was satisfied. In fact, I now consider him a friend-not just a business acquaintance.

Mr. Thomas was an exceptional realtor. He was very informative and provided weekly video updates to ensure we could see the process of the home as it was being built. He always made time to answer our questions and I’m very pleased with our experience.
