At the start when I was looking for houses I expected more help and suggestions on houses from her, I felt that every house I suggested I was constantly getting a “no” for an answer for one thing or another, whether it was because it had an HOA or whether it was already under contract and the website didn’t mention this. I feel that she didn’t really offer me any houses to look at, therefore I felt I was doing all of the searching. Then when I signed the initial paperwork with her I didn’t realize that this locked me in to just having her as an agent, she never clearly mentioned this and I didn’t acknowledge this from what was written in the paperwork, so I felt misinformed by her when this happened but then couldn’t request another agent.

Tyeshia Folk-Commodore was terrific!!! She always put her best foot forward with being my advocate with the seller. I’ve never had a realtor be so personable and helpful to me. I am happy that Veterans United invited her to assist me with my house hunting. She actually discovered this home I bought while visiting the development to show me the home I had picked out. This house was much better for about the same price but has a much bigger lot! I grew very fond of Ms Tyeshia, and I hope she is referred again in the future for other veterans like me. Thank you Tyeshia!!!

Betty was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I will always remember her sensitive words and her ability to walk me through buying a home for our family while my husband was on deployment. She brought hope to our life during a stressful time. We need more people like her in the world, especially for the other families of foot soldiers, who understand the ultimate sacrifice their servicemebers make to keep our country secure.

Dawn Randles my Realtor worked extra in communication and effort in making sure I didn't give up in becoming a first time Homebuyer! She was professional and understanding about my situation. She did excellent in using her power to make sure her client was happy!
