I don’t have enough good things to say about Austin Teed, my realtor. He worked with me through this crazy market for an entire year, showing me several properties. At every step he went above and beyond. I never questioned his motive, he always had my trust and after everything throughout the year of COVID, he finally found my home. He made everything simple for me, answering all my questions and giving me guidance when I wasn’t sure what to do. Made the experience personal and special to me and even cut the grass at my new property himself the day before I closed. Very professional, very good at what he does, but he was also able to walk me through every step on a personal level. I can’t state the importance of that enough. I feel VERY lucky to have had him on my side throughout this process. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Kelly worked hard every day to find me my dream home. Kelly showed great patience during my 2 1/2 month search. She allowed me to search at my pace, did not rush me, allowed me to control the situation on my own terms, and always offered me sound advice. Kelly went above and beyond to get me into the home of my dreams. When the time came to submit my offer, she worked overtime to submit a winning bid for me. Mrs. Sterling Crawford was fantastic! She responded quickly and kindly to all of our questions and basically held our hand every step of the way. Her schedule was flexible and she was always on top of every item we needed or any question we had. Personable, professional, and friendly. We were out of state and she managed to send pictures, videos and video calls of each property we were interested in. She went out of her way to take care of us.
