Jaclyn was going through some family issues which made communication difficult, but I can’t blame her. Misty was wonderful and went above and beyond for us with the home viewing process. It was a bit difficult to stay in constant communication but overall I would use either again.

If Veteran's United has anyone in the greater Grand Rapids area, I highly recommend Kevin S. from coldwell reality. He is very knowledgeable with VA home loan requirements and could help us see things when viewing homes that would be more costly than other homes. He also is great at supporting the customer and ensure everyone feels comfortable. I have also been told 'horror stories' of pressure realtors but Kevin is not this. He respects how large of a purchase a home is whether its your 5th home or 1st home.

Jennifer was also perfect! She was always there when we had a question and didn’t leave us in the dark for any portion.
