The agent I was referred to was a local Air Force veteran named Jerrod and I couldn't have asked for a better partner to get me through the process. He understood the VA process, coordinated well with my Loan Team, and had reliable resources locally for inspections, contractors and pest letters etc. He was always available for questions, even after hours. He really championed our cause, and did a great job of keeping us on track to close. He is well known and respected in our local real estate community, which meant a lot to us.
