Having a realtor experienced and very knowledgeable about the VA process saved me time and effort by directing to properties that would meet VA standards. In addition, my realtor took me to the areas I desired and recommended others with similar standards - great schools, safe neighborhood, and quality homes. My realtor even had a backup list just in case, which, in today's housing market, was exceptional.In addition, when I selected a house, my realtor was quick to get the offer in with the concessions I requested. With her experience and knowledge of the area, my offer was accepted on the first go around! Great job!

I feel the same way about my Real Estate agent Darcy Guglielmi as I do Mike Halliburton. Darcy herself told me she feels so good helping the veterans and working with Veterans United. If Darcy could rate a 11 I would give it to her. Thumbs up!!!
