My real estate agent was a paper pusher. I did not feel that he helped setup many inspections, or let me know when they were coming up. He often contradicted what the loan specialist was saying in a group email and most of the last month before closing I felt lost in the steps I had to take in order to close on the house. There was no plan laid out in front of me, and I felt like at times he himself did not know the answers to the questions I had. However, he was very nice and always answered his phone calls or replied in a timely manner.
