He was horrible! I am kinda mad that other veterans may have been taken advantage of by Cory. He was rude, not well versed in home repair cost or needs OF THE VA. He would interrupt us by speaking over us, and actively fought us for things we wanted to ask. He wasn’t very friendly or knowledgeable. I’ve had sleepless nights knowing Cory has probably put VETERANS at risk for the sake of his wallet. Never again will I work with Cory or his firm.

Spencer Marmaro was fantastic. He was professional, courteous and was there to answer all of our questions and concerns. He was amazing at teaching us and leading us every step of the home owner journey. Spencer was kind, patient and took all of our questions and concerns seriously. We were always warmly greeted and I can't say enough about how he helped us navigate this journey. We are first time homeowners and heard horror stories - We experienced Nothing of the sort. Spencer was there at all hours to provide feedback and to assure us and the process was seamless ! Rebecca went above and beyond to help us find the right house for our growing family!
