She was clueless. She couldn't tell me anything about the house and always seemed rushed whenever we discussed anything. Everything that I mentioned I wanted to get fixed, she conflated with the issues on the appraisal report. She ignored my and my wife's calls the day of closing and the following 2 days. In general, she has no knowledge about houses.

Jessica was amazing. She knew what to look for in each home we looked at with regards to the VA inspection. She never made me or my wife rushed when looking at homes. She knew what we were looking for and sent us homes to review based on our requests. Even after taking a fall on some ice when arriving to view a home she still pulled through to continue the viewing and even the next couple days went out to show us more. I would definitely recommend her to anyone else who is looking to buy in our area. VA loan or not.

They say the home buying process is one of the most stressful events a couple can endure. That must only be true if the individuals are lacking a minuscule amount of resilience and the support of an amazing agent. Pili Gildar was incredibly supportive, caring, and resourceful.
