She did a good job of presenting a lot of houses for us to choose from and emailed them to us. She had a good understanding of what we were looking for in a home with a possible investor opportunity. She met us at every house we wanted to see and she was punctual. We actually found our home by riding around the neighborhoods, on our own.

Not the most optimistic person to deal with. Didn’t take the time to find out what kind of home my family needed, and the home I ended up closing on was one I found on my own. Towards the end the chemistry seemed to get better, but only after I told him that the home appraised for the amount I offered.
