Not the most optimistic person to deal with. Didn’t take the time to find out what kind of home my family needed, and the home I ended up closing on was one I found on my own. Towards the end the chemistry seemed to get better, but only after I told him that the home appraised for the amount I offered.

She was amazing. I mean from the first conversation on the phone I was pacing at first because I know the housing market is not in our favor right now. We knew little of the home buying process, and thought that a new build would not be in our budget. She assured us on the phone that she could get us exactly what we wanted as a new build. I was sitting and calm and at peace by the end of that call because never was expecting it. She got us in touch with Rob with DR Horton and his team and I truly felt the entire time I had a team that love what they do, they do it exceptionally well and treated my family like people. And not just a job.

Jenni was a picture of a mother hen taking care of her young'uns. She was positive and diligent and and reassuring and right there in the middle of things looking out for us from the beginning. She made things fun and we laughed and fussed and worried and took things in stride like a team would. I don't think anybody could have done so good for us as she did. We made a new friend...not just a real estate agent. Buying a home sight unseen was made possible for us because Jenni was there! We really appreciate her!

Chelsea is a TOP NOTCH agent. She made everything from start to finish a more enjoyable experience. She is absolutely great at doing what she does and we could always count on her to get the job done whenever needed. She was a great asset to have in our corner for negotiations and we were able to close successfully in a short time period. We highly recommend her. She guided was through every step of the process and was even available for assistance even after closing. Super thankful for her service.

Kelly Saxton spent quite a lot of time with me and is responsible for helping me to choose the right house for me which turned out to be a new build, which I had not been considering. She stayed in contact with me during the construction phase and was always willing to jump in and help for all of the final steps. Thanks to her, I love my new home.
