Although Steve was friendly; he wasn't very responsive with his communications. The Sellers were very difficult. They left a lot of debris and personal items in the home. We needed Steve to clearly communicate with us/them and a lot of or text/calls went unanswered.

Jennifer was a god send. We didn't know allot of what to look for. She pointed out short comings on homes we wanted to see and if it was worth. We actually ended up with the first house we wanted to see. That's another story in itself. Her persistence got us this house.
