There at times our realtor made us feel unimportant by not getting back with us in a timely manner.

The realtor recommended by VU was excellent! She was very patient with us as we started the search for our new home and after the first six or seven we looked at, she knew exactly what we were looking for. She called me one morning and said I should clear my schedule and come see a house ASAP, and that’s the house we bought. It was exactly what we were looking for, close to the amenities we wanted and at the right price. Kudos to Jwan Baughn of Progressive Realtors, Inc. in Hot Springs.

Although Steve was friendly; he wasn't very responsive with his communications. The Sellers were very difficult. They left a lot of debris and personal items in the home. We needed Steve to clearly communicate with us/them and a lot of or text/calls went unanswered.
