My experience this time.. … At first we saw a few homes we liked before searching, after that there was not many homes to choose from anywhere.. Our home sold a lot sooner than we expected. for less than what we expected.. which put us into a situation where we felt rushed to find a house, making the home search very stressful… Then we ended up paying more for the new home than expected… This is what I experienced during my home search this time..,,

Sarah was good then we got her assistant Desiree. She was sometimes unresponsive and not fully knowing what's going on before saying something. I personally would not recommend her for new home buyers as you would have to know the process of home buying even then good luck with getting a response. Sarah did her best to answer the questions Desiree couldn't. First time home buyers should have a realtor who is more aggressive and puts forth more effort to get stuff done.

My experience with Jessica Triche and Lindsey Genay was worth the time. Jessica was always a phone call away and she always took her time to explain every questions I had in details for me regardless of the time of the call. Though I wasn't initially sure where I wanted to move to, they never rushed me. They were more interested in ensuring that I found happiness in my new home and always saw me as a friend in the process instead of a client. Jessica Triche and Lindsey Genay are very educated about the real estate process, they will move mountains to find you the perfect property that fit your family needs or die trying. I will recommend them to any potential home buyer who's seriously looking for an effective, efficient and a reliable real estate agent.

Jeanne Murawski from Keller Williams Realty was extremely helpful in our home search process. She listened to what we were looking for and was inclusive to us both which was really nice. She was able to set up several showings and even a few we hadn't thought about. The house we ended up going for was not on our list but ended up being our perfect home. I would recommend Jeanne to anyone looking to purchase a home whether it's their first home or not.

Jeff was recommended to us through VU and he was indispensable of his knowledge of the VA loan. We had a realtor prior to him we only closed 5 or so VA loand and hear Jeff had over 50 made us feel much more cofident in his guidance he gave us. One of those guys we would love to have over for dinner some day, and not eveyone can say that about their realtor.

Very helpful, provided daily updates on the local housing market. Worked with seller's agent to get required documents for my insurance company. Kept the closing process running smooth by provide me updates from the title company as to documents needed.

Landon really went above and beyond when helping us find our home. He took everything we spoke about to find us the home to best fit our family. Not to mention we did 95% of the process virtually.

When I go for buying my 2nd home in the future Frank Roscoe Is certainly the real estate agent I'm going to call. He replied quickly, was professional and didn't beat around the bush.

Our real estate agent Cindy Lara did an excellent job with being patient and truthful when it came to buying a home. Even after it was all said and done she was still helpful.

She was very open to recording the homes and sending me videos. She did a lot of virtual walk throughs for me. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.
