My experience with Debbie was great. I enjoyed her vibes and a great personality. I personally felt that maybe working in the city area might have been out of her zone. I found a lot of properties myself instead of getting them for me. Overall she was still a great person to work with.

I feel we had to do a lot of research ourselves and a lot of the updates we received were from the loan company or the builder; several times there was a delay in response when attempting to gain information about navigating through this process

The VU-affiliated Realtors, Christine Oberhelman in Virginia and Chaw Tun in Las Vegas made it happen. Christine was able to secure a great deal in Virginia without my house ever hitting the market. With her advice, we were spared the last-minute paint-replace-the-carpets, re-do the kitchen rabbit hole that would have wound up being wasted money and time. In Las Vegas, Chaw worked with us over a couple of weeks doing research, responding to our changing price- and feature-points and after a whirlwind 2-day on-site series of walk-throughs, we found the house we wanted. She made our offer at 1:30 pm and it was accepted at 3:00 pm the same day!
