Unprofessional, disrespectful, and incompetent. Wasn’t able to answer even the simplest of questions and made our home buying experience far more difficult than it needed to be. Wouldn’t recommend hiring him to change a lightbulb, as he’d probably forget to do it and blame someone else.My realtor refused to shake my hand at closing.

April Hugh was our local realtor that was selected for us by Veterans United. I felt immediately that my wife and I were in excellent hands once we met Ms. Hugh in person. She was so positive and patient with us and our situation, knowledgeable and a consummate professional. She worked so hard to push all parties moving forward once she sensed that we had a shot at landing a house. Her pursuit was met by a solid deal that my wife and I are so grateful to her for bringing to our attention. We really are thankful for our entire team but have a special bond with April since we got to witness her determination firsthand.

By far the best agent anyone could ask for. Frank went above and beyond and did everything I asked of him. I’ve been house hunting with frank for over 2 years and he drove thousands of miles checking on property for me. If I found a place I liked he was on it the next day. He is the realtor of the year winner.
