Not on top of things so much. She did automate the process of sending available homes but didn’t really seem to keep us in the loop or follow through as fast as I thought an agent should. We found the house but she gets the credit. I don’t think she was keeping us informed. She also didn’t follow through on the proper closing dates and we ended up closing two weeks late and still have to wait for previous owners to get out. Bad project management.

Tyeshia was outstanding, and went out of her way to take videos for us. We were in Europe and not able to view any of the properties. She conducted walkthroughs for us while providing commentary and gave us honest feedback on the condition of the homes, (inside and outside) as well as the surrounding area. She always had a positive attitude and most of all, she was always honest and straight to the point when it came to the housing market.

I wish I’d had Charles Tupper as my realtor for prior real estate transactions. He’s highly motivated, attentive, and quick to respond. Charles had to drive a long distance to the property, and did so several times throughout the process. I asked him for a stack of his business cards, because I will be recommending him to all of my friends.

My Real Estate Agent Lorena was superb and very kind! She answered all of my questions and showed me a variety of houses which allowed me to find the house I was seeking. Her knowledge about the properties were outstanding as I felt well informed. I definitely recommend everyone to work with Lorena.

Sam Rifkin was a God-send and I would forever be indebted to all his services and support. If it wasn’t for all the extra work and support he provided, this process would have possibly taken a whole lot longer. Kudos to the VU Loan team of Krystal and Brayden for setting me up with him!

At first it was the Schoneman Agency. They didn’t do anything. When I called Scott he hooked us up with Dodie Wilkins. The next day we were looking through the house Chad Schoneman told us was sold. Couple weeks later we’re moving in. I am still in a bit of a whirl over this.
