Average, the first agency assigned was poor and the second agency assigned was average at best. These agents seem to know the properties are selling themselves at the moment and the agents seem to perform at an avg/below avg level of effort. I am happy I have a hone at the end of the day at least.

Shannon is phenomenal. All of the other 5 star reviews are right on the money. What I want to add is, Shannon treated me, (a 1st time home buyer), as if she was assisting her dearest friend to find the perfect home. Her knowledge is impeccable and immediately upon our introduction, it gave me comfort to know that all I had to do was trust her. She never asked me to trust her, but her whole being radiates a sense of comfort, that made me fully aware that I had the best supporter (agent) possible. Shannon is patient and pays attention to detail. On an ongoing basis, she explained the entire process and never left me feeling confused about anything. This home buying process has been so pleasant for I am recommending her to anyone in search of the perfect home! Excellent negotiator, Home finder, Strategist, Protector and Listener!

Renee Taylor was an absolute essential part of my home buying team. I am a first time home buyer, and I bought in North Carolina, while I was still in Texas. Renee did countless facetime video tours with me, was available ANY time I had questions, and dealt with me being way too pick with certain things that I wanted/didn’t want in a home. She really did go above and beyond for me, and was more than understanding and supportive with all of my questions and concerns throughout this process. I would recommend to any of my friends and family for any of their realtor needs.

Hands down beyond a reasonable Jed was the rock throughout everything. I mean seriously. This guy is the real deal everybody. Quite frankly one of the most personable and likeable people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Ever. You know. Heck. It honestly brightens my day hearing from him. Definitely a huge compliment to the entourage and dare I say (not to take anything away from the rest of the team) but the MVP through it all for us. Fantastic job.

The agent that Veterans United connected me with was super knowledgeable with the area I was wanting to live and listened to what I wanted. She even drove 2 hours in 10 degree weather with a snow storm so we could look at many places because we didn't want to loose an opportunity. The inventory was very poor but we were able to find homes that were in my criteria. I found the house I wanted that met both my wife and my criteria.

My Agent, Susan Crohan, was wonderful. She is a true real estate professional. She provided me with plenty of property options. She was with me every step of the way. Mrs. Crohan, pre-research the property prior to showing them to me and have detail answers to all of my questions. She's like a mom taking a family member out to purchase a home. She is one of the agents, that your money can buy.

Brianna was very honest and kept me updated about new houses in the area that met my interests. She went above and beyond to assist me with my first home. She went as far as letting me know about maintenance and things to do to ensure my home remains in great condition. I am extremely thankful for her during this entire experience.
