The real estate agent that we were originally matched up with was the worst. She made using a VA loan sound like it was close to impossible. Every single house that she took us to, all she talked about was how much work she would have to do and how much money she would make off of the sale of our house. She never bothered to get to know us or anything that we wanted, all she cared about was her bottom dollar. Nancy Lankford was her name. I would steer clear of her with future clients, she almost made us stop looking to buy a house all together because she was so discouraging. Luckily we had the sense to switch to a different realtor.

Patricia Stampley and her team of 'EXPERTS' never stopped or wavered in their efforts to help me locate a home that is satisfactory. Her persistence and dogged efforts to assist me in my search not just a weekly endeavor; it was a DAILY experience over 3 months of physical searching and review of dwellings, both new builds and older dwellings. Properties were removed from 'ACTIVE' listings in many cases within 24 hours of being placed on the market. It has been a very difficult market to search as a result of CASH offers & 'bidding' in excess of listed pricing. Patricia and her staff never wavered and were tireless on a DAILY basis including weekends that went on for weeks. I would recommend her and her team to anyone and already have!

Michelle was absolutely outstanding, going above and beyond our expectations. She was with us through the entire 5 month house hunting ordeal. When we would get discouraged and about to give up, Michelle would bring our spirit back and motivate us to keep on looking. I rank her top tier, way above any other real estate agent I've have dealt with. Very nice, charming, funny and just an all around beautiful person. I consider her part of the family now.
