Average - I have worked with four different real estate agents over the years. My following comments only reflect my comparison of Troy to the other three previous agents.The standard of excellent customer service was on full display with Amanda Pereira of Columbia, South Carolina, from the time we first met until after closing. She is always professionally (but relaxed) dressed, well-spoken, very attentive to our needs, well versed in the area, and proactively being our guiding voice to ensure we are well-represented and making the right decisions. Amanda displayed intangible characteristics that can only be appreciated by working with her. As a bonus, she made closing special by dressing exceptionally well and a gift showing her appreciation for choosing her. Those qualities are why I have worked with Amanda on more than one occasion.Troy has the potential to be an excellent agent, just like the other two agents I worked with before Amanda. To his credit, he got us through the transaction.

She really didn’t do anything that our first realtor did for us. She really only showed up at the end of the process. We were in a new area and knew nothing. She did not lead us in any kind of way. I would not recommend her to anyone.

The real estate agent was incredible. Communicated amazingly with me and my family around our work schedule to find the perfect house for us. She was very friendly and just overall a wonderful person. If I ever want to start looking for another house I would definitely work with her again. I would also recommend other people to work with her as well.

James Eldridge treated us like family and I respect him for that. After getting our expectations, he found our home in no time. He was readily available to answer all our questions. He was there for all the home buying events we had for the home and was great support for us at closing. I would highly recommend James to anyone searching for a home.

Kristy was great. She was so high energy and she made sure we saw whatever house we wanted. We had an unforeseen circumstance hurt us with our first house we wanted, but she made sure we were taken care of and did not let anything get in her way of helping us get the perfect home!
