I do not feel she communicated clearly on an issue I had. She was great in every other aspect but I am still questioning why I was told if I increased the loan amount then I would get money back when Billy told me in the first place that I would not get that money back in hand.

Darbi and Ernie were both super helpful, Ernie in the beginning and Darbi for the majority of the process. Once we got serious about house hunting when my move got closer, Darbi sent me several options and was receptive to my feedback. Once I decided which house I wanted to pursue, she totally ran with it, put in the offer I felt comfortable with, got it accepted, and held my hand through the entire process, going above and beyond to help me with things I had no idea I would need to do since I’ve never lived in or even visited the area. She kept me on track and was very patient with the many times I needed reminders to get things done. It really felt like we were a team and I knew she had my back.

Brett was fantastic. He would often worked late nights and provided answers to any question I may have! He even took the time too research a property for me and get back with around 11-12pm one night. That's dedication! He went above and beyond to make sure we could see the property we purchased and stayed there through every step! They day of closing, he wasn't able to make it to our closing due to a previously scheduled appointment but he made sure we could make it to closing. Even gifted us with a nice gift basket the night of the walk through. Thanks brett!

Outstanding buyer service. I felt very comfortable with her from the first meeting. She would update me on houses available according to my location, floor plan & price requirements. I would highly recommend her to anybody needing real estate assistance. She went above & beyond working with me & sellers agent negotiating the contract, arranging repair needs, etc.
