Communicated more with my father than me. My father lives down the road from my new home and has been helping with the buying process since we are in Maine. I expected the agent to be more involved with me than she was. Other than that she was very helpful and went above and beyond to help with tasks.

Professional id everything. She was never on time. We saw more of her husband than we did of her. When scheduled to see a home, she was never on time nor did she call to let us know she was running late. I thought was her job to ensure all repairs was done. She did not. So we were not pleased on how she handled business. We would not recommend her to anyone else because we ourselves was not pleased or impressed.

Casey was a great asset on our team. Casey has a background as a professional home inspector. That skill was critical for us when he showed us houses and pointed out potential issues that the lender may reject (roof issues, plumbing, foundation, etc.). Casey and I worked off a Google Sheet to rank the houses and to communicate for scheduled showings. He personally showed us over 30 homes. He used his resources to check on permits (for age of roof and other structural points) that saved us from having to personally view dozens of homes, needlessly. We made offers on more than 10 homes during the process before we landed the home we wanted. Casey rapidly created the contracts and expedited the delivery to the seller's agent in every case.

Rachel is exactly what my wife and I look for in a realtor. We bought two houses in another state before and those realtors set the standard for us. Rachel was the third realtor we had when we moved to Georgia. She was readily available, explained everything in detail, gave us options for decisions, advocated on our behalf, and made sure that she had my family's best interest in mind. As a person, she is very genuine and caring and i have no doubt that she enjoys helping people find a home that they will be happy in.

Brandon Windsor was a joy and pleasure to work with. He listened to us and got to work immediately finding listings that fit the desires we had for a home. He kept us updated daily. We spent two days touring homes that we selected to see. On the second day we found our home. He was quick to put our offer in and we had our offer accepted. He has been so helpful and friendly. He put us at ease from the beginning. Brandon Windsor is one of the best ever in our opinion.

If I could give Lindsay 20 stars I would!! She was wonderful! We were met with a few challenges and I got a little stressed, but she walked me through options and explained things to me so I understood it and we made a plan. I always felt like she had MY best interest in mind! Which was very comforting since I was buying from across the country, and was only in town a short time to look at houses.

Rachel was amazing. From the very beginning she was looking at things I didn't even know where something I needed to know. Whenever we went out to view a house I came back having learned something new about taking care of one. She was very knowledgeable and helped me get a house that I believe I can be very happy with for a long time.
