We had asked Mr. Clapp to assign someone else to us when my wife found the condo she loved so we stuck with her. Once we found the condo we were pushed off to work with her assistant. That woman at one point told the person handling our escrow account we were very eager buyers in a negative way, that email was then forwarded to us... so we saw it, which was in turn hilarious. Fortunately for us we never had to see any properties with them or work with them directly. I am not sure what they did other than send us documents but they did get them done and they seemed to work well with the sellers side of the house so... I am grateful for that.

Once the home selection was complete we heard nothing from the real estate agent. They did not help with the contract either.

My agent was Lori Hilliard with Berkshire Hathaway HomeService in Slippery Rock, PA. Lori was incredible! She is very knowledgeable of the entire VA loan process.I sent her lists of houses I was interested in, and she took the time to make comments on all of them to help me narrow down my targeted houses. I really appreciated how she just didn't say something wouldn't pass the VA inspection, but she took the time to explain why it wouldn't. This knowledge helped me weed out other listings I saw later.We had to have three visits by VA appraiser before the home finally passed the required repairs. Lori rolled up her sleeves and personally helped to make a couple of the repairs to make sure the home would pass for the final VA reinspection.This is an agent I would highly recommend for other veterans in the area who are pursuing a VA loan through Veteran's United. She will put in the work to make sure the deal closes.

Carl was a boss. We met and toured a few houses on 3 different occasions. Houses were selling so fast we didn’t have time to make the drive down each time we wanted to put in an offer. We trusted Carl and ended up offering on the house without being there in person. We would love to work with Carl again in the future.

Christina was amazing. She worked so hard for us from start to finish and came up with ideas and new ways to make offers stronger and attainable within our price range. We made offers on several houses and Christina was always responsive and shared thoughts and ideas about the houses we bid on. She did an amazing job.
