Our agent was very helpful but sometimes it was hard to contact him. I know he is busy as an agent so I tried to be understanding of that. There was some miscommunication but I believe that was from being the middleman on some things when relaying information. Overall our agent helped us the best he could and made sure we were able to finally close with the issues we had at hand.

My agent was terrible. Didn't know the market very well. He knew what I was getting back on the sale of my house and I got stuck paying full closing on the house I was buying. I never got a final walk through and I'm still fixing stuff that was suppose to be fixed before I signed for the house. He promised me he would take care of the stuff and I'm still waiting on him fix the issues. I would not recommend him for anything.

Patty our real estate agent was amazing. She went above and beyond to help make our first home buying experience such a smooth and enjoyable process. She communicated regularly with us every step of the process and was patient and knowledgeable as she helped us navigate the purchase of our first home.

She became a friend, instead of someone trying to make a quick sale. She truly wanted me to be happy with my new home. She did the footwork, that otherwise, i did have a clue how too do. I will missed her.

Annette Hayes is simply the best! She really cares and her help to us went well beyond what we would have expected. We were buying our Colorado home remotely (we lived in Texas) and Annette always was there to investigate and answer all of our concerns and questions. We are so thankful for her help.
