John Wilson is inexperienced and not too sharp. He means well, but his execution is poor and he made us repeat arduous accounting tasks that he could have done himself as he had access to our accounts. Also, he was slow to respond to items that were time sensitive - when it was time to send the loan documents for us to sign, he inexplicably delayed them while blaming the Title Company and forcing these huge, extrapolated email chains amongst all interested parties.

Our agent was very nice, but not Very conscientious. For closing we never saw our agent, meanwhile everyone else at the title company had there agent with them. Once we found our house we had to ask our agent otherwise we never heard from her

Sharon was great. I don't think I took advantage and I used her as much as she was willing. It was my first time purchasing a home so I didnt really know what the "rules" were. but she was willing to drive to locations for me. She suffered right along with us every time we lost a bid.

Paul was amazing, we had to do long distance video with him, whatever we asked he responded very quickly and Professionally. One day he he showed us five houses we were interested in and did Video Conference from each location, he is Amazing
