Traci Crawford was OUTSTANDING!
She went above and beyond her duty and went the extra mile for us. She would work behind the scene and tried to connect the dots and fix any issues we had without us worrying about it. She would fix a situation we had no idea was bad. There’s so much she can do when the title company and loan providers don’t do the job efficiently. She was amazing at helping us finding a house with our criteria, talking to the sales men, coming with us to our house appointment. Always a phone call away and keeping us updated on every situations. We absolutely were grateful for her.

Carmen Humphrey was also amazing, we didn’t know what to expect from this whole process. She was very knowledgeable with the area and make it a goal to find everything we were looking for in a home. She never gave up and was able to find us a home within 3 days. Her negotiating abilities were amazing, the market was very tough but she was able to write a very strong offer that was accepted with no problems. She is also a rockstar.
