Yolanda was nice, however there were often times where communication was lacking and I felt that there should’ve been better follow up on things related to details that either she or the other realtors were directly responsible for and possibly affected us not closing when we’re expected to. There was a slight communication drop off after we “bought” the home and were in the underwriting process. Otherwise no issues.

It was really hard to actually see our house. Our actual agent didn't do the virtual walk-through with us and the stand-in did a pretty poor job of describing the condition of the house.

Considering the 3 hour time difference he was very understanding and was able to show homes within a timely manner.

I would not recommend to anyone and he definitely lacks communication with his clients.

Kristan was the most incredible agent we could have asked for. At the beginning she gave me a call and we talked for maybe an hour or so about who we were and what we were looking for going forward in our lives. This set our relationship up for success when it came to actually targeting a home to purchase.She wired up the automatic search filters and Emma and I went out searching for things on our own. We ended up finding exactly what we wanted and Kristan met with us and the Seller the following week.She made sure to ask EVERY question we would’ve never known to have asked and got us in on the deal for a Purchase Agreement within a week. She has been confidently approaching the seller with all of the questions we’ve had making sure that they were worded properly or convincing us that it is not worth asking about because of various reasons.I will be recommending Kristan for anyone’s real estate needs in the future. It really could not have been done without her. Emma and I have become close with Kristan and now consider her to be a very important part of our lives. A true friend to say the least.

Carl was an awesome agent! He would always go out of his way to assist me during the house hunting process. Buying a home while you're on the other side of the country is difficult, but Carl definitely made it much easier by doing virtual tours of the houses, and by being there during the inspections and appraisals, as well as being a wealth of information. I would definitely have Carl as my agent again!

Tara is an absolute pro. She was very responsive, would go out of her way to answer all of our questions, and really made things happen! We were impressed with her ability to negotiate swiftly and with ease on our behalf when we hit a tricky spot in the lending process. She’s realistic and grounded. We have family moving to the area this coming year and won’t recommend anyone else!

Stephanie was awesome throughout the whole process. She helped steer me in the right direction and I was able to get the home I wanted in the neighborhood I wanted! In this crazy market, she made everything seem easy and manageable. And she kept me calm!

Derek was great. The type of guy that encourages you to take the lead in your choice but encourages you to come to a decision without pushing you. Derek also encourages you to push all the buttons in the house that you may be to worried to push.
