Except for my previous listed concerns, Sam Perez was very competent..pleasant..professional.
Always available and would research my concerns. I feel on the sanitary issue Sam & Veterans United should have communicated more thoroughly, especially regarding this responsibility to the listing agent.

Maria Schafer and Susan Sheets were great! They answered all of our "first time" homebuyer questions and made my wife and I feel extremely comfortable in our decision making throughout the entire process, even down to the day of closing! I'd highly recommend these 2 realtors to anyone looking to purchase a home or land. They were there anytime we needed them. These 2 realtors made the homebuying experience smooth. Agent hung in there through several trails and misfortunes as we looked over the market for many, many months. Made personal videos so that we could feel as though we were walking through several properties even though we lived 2 states away and could not get there to walk through as fast as offers poured in on many houses we liked.

Matthew Lepore with Keller Williams was great! He put up with me and that's an achievement by itself. I wasn't happy about something and he was on it and made sure I was satisfied. In fact, I now consider him a friend-not just a business acquaintance.
