Real estate agent was very helpful in finding, showing and discussingvprospects.

I think she could be more understanding, and listen to what the customer wants. Not keep recommending homes that we had no interest in. Closing was scheduled for a date and time for 6 weeks, but she had a conflict and couldn't be there. That was very disappointing.

I was very displeased with the service of my real estate agent. He was assigned/referred by my loan team, and from the beginning the communication was poor. He didn’t recommend any properties based off of my wants/needs, only asked me to pick from an automated list of new listings as they became available. When I initially met Rob to view properties, he was not prepared with all of the properties I requested to see. The one property I was excited, he haven’t set up a viewing and didn’t have property specs. We eventually went to see this property, and when we arrived, he showed me a half finished(dirty/dusty) unit that would not be done until past the date I told him I needed it. I had to again request to see a finished unit that lined up with my timeline for moving. Upon stating I would like to make an offer, I informed him my financial plans, that being I would prefer to negotiate closing cost for this unit. He repeated to me how much closing cost could be and it’s will be ok because “I’ll have it”. I made it clear that if possible, I would like to include closing cost in the price of my home.
That would be the first and only time I saw Rob. After my initial interaction with Rob, all communications moving forward were poor. He didn’t not answer my questions in a timely manner, and sometimes not at all. I had to ask him several questions for clarification as information was not fluid. I am not a realtor, therefore my realtor should be overly communicative with me about this process. He was not. When it was time for closing, after barely hearing from Rob, my expectation of negotiating closing cost was not met and I paid all closing cost out right. On the day of my closing, initially I did not hear from Rob, nor the day before. The only reason I heard from him on that day is because there was a problem that needed to be addressed before I authorized the title company to record the closing and disburse funds. And I have not heard from him after. Not a congratulations, thank you, nothing. I am HIGHLY disappointed and would not recommend his services to anyone.
