I had very little contact with my real estate agent and it was almost impossible to get a hold, hardly available and I feel they didn't tell me everything as I was a first time home buyer. I didn't get to do a final walk through before closing and found several things that were wrong and would have liked to have fixed before signing.

Can’t recommend Ashlee enough! Buying a home thousands of miles away with a huge time difference was so very hard and tricky! Ashlee patiently and knowledgeably helped us every step of the way, going above and beyond to assist us in this process. She took it upon herself to visit every single home we wanted to see, sent countless videos, communicated effectively and consistently, and worked with us in each decision we made. We completely felt like she was on our side and rooting for us as well as always took into consideration what we wanted in a home for our family, which I know is very challenging especially in this market! Highly recommend!

Nancy was extremely knowledgeable about the area since she is from there. She went above and beyond scheduling viewing via video, which was vital given we are out of state and not physically present to view homes in Texarkana. She was thorough and made sure to follow-up with every task needing completed. Also Nancy was very prompt with responses. She is a friendly and caring person. An overall pleasure to work with. I am so grateful Veterans United referred my husband and I to Nancy. We honestly could not have purchased our home long distance without her.

As a first time homebuyer I think I was very lucky to have Mrs. Maneja Houchin as my real estate agent. Her and Mrs. Hiwot were extremely patient and understanding with me. I believe they went above and beyond. Always explain in great detail the home buying process, reviewed with me and explained every document I that pertained to me buying this home. Was always honest and provided great advice that eventually led to me getting the home that was ideal for me.
