I spoke with a few Realtors outside of the one recommended by Veterans United but the one Veterans United recommended, Adrian, was by far the easiest to speak with and the one who most respected my wishes in regards to what I was looking for and my budget. Veterans United and my realtor made this process as easy as I can imagine it could have possibly been.

Realtor should be on buyers side, he only pointed out the nice things about the houses we looked at, if there was an issue then he always would say " that's minor, simple fix". Seemed as if he was working with the seller, not us (the buyers). When we had appointments he was late 90% of the time.
