Zach introduced us to Mindy Guevara with Realty Austin she is a Veterans realtor, she was very professional as well as personal…my stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. Mindy is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see Mindy moved fast as houses were flying off the market. She negotiated and helped us to obtain the house we really wanted, working hard to make sure things met our standards.
