Jacqueline was a delight an pleasure to work with. She seemed a bit overwhelmed at times but she came through like a true champion. Thank u Jacqueline.

To be honest, I am extremely displeased with our service because she was recommended by veterans united. This is the 3rd sell/purchase I have been apart of and by far the worst experience. I do not think I can summarize my displeasure articulately. I did not feel like she had our best interest in mind because we did not get money that was allegedly agreed to from the sellers, did not keep me informed with anything regarding closing, and told me that the sellers are wanting to come back to the property (post closing) to retrieve items they left. We did a mail away closing so now I have people wanting wanting enter the home without me being there/the realtor having our keys. So today I am actually traveling there to get the keys and figure out exactly what is happening. All I have heard are excuses from the realtor about being uniformed when that is her job. To be our information and facilitate this process. We are extremely unhappy.

I wanted to take a moment and write about how deeply satisfied I am with Sally and how grateful I am to have had her by my side during the home buying process.I am in the military and was stationed outside the United States when I was looking to buy "sight unseen." As a first-time-home-buyer shopping for a house with essentially an 8 hr time difference, I think anyone can see how it had the potential to progress at a glacial pace. I had to lean on Sally and her market expertise to take care of the real estate side, which gave me ample bandwidth to submit all the documents that would secure the home loan on my constricted, home-buying timeline. Once my offer was accepted by the Sellers, I would have been able to close in 30 days if the deed hadn't gotten lost in transit from the Middle East (darn USPS!).Sally is an absolute go-getter and a complete professional. If you are looking to buy in the JC/Manhattan, KS area, you will soon find out that the market is RED HOT. Updated, well priced homes will last about a weekend before they go under contract. If your REALTOR is not constantly scouring the MLS (and no, Zillow is not the MLS), you will miss out every single time. I never missed an opportunity to submit on offer, but I just couldn't go above my budget.Sally listens and that is important when buying sight unseen. She interfaced with all the seller's agents to schedule showings on my behalf and would send me pictures and video walk throughs of the properties. She would send them immediately and I would be on the other side of the world looking at them at 1 am. It was like I was in Kansas. The house I closed on was listed by Sally. I can tell you that she was excellent advocating for me as a single agent and I felt that nothing changed (legally it did!) when she became the transaction broker. I knew that we no longer had a fiduciary relationship where she would act in my interest alone. She dealt fairly with both parties and became a liason to broker the deal. All of my concerns were presented in the best light possible and were negotiated expeditiously. She still advised me during the sale. She still disclosed adverse material facts. She talked to the Title Company to make sure my father could sign on my behalf using a power of attorney. Needless to say, I had a lot of unique circumstances surrounding the sale and she handled it all seamlessly and fairly. In essence, count on Sally to always conduct business with utmost professionalism. If you are in the JC/ Manhattan area and don't know who can help you buy or list your home, I urge you to put your full confidence and trust knowing she will take care of you and your Family. Business is all about relationships and as an established broker agent, she has cultivated those relationships in the area that both me and the seller were able to benefit from. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
