Jim muscled his way through this complicated negotiating, inspecting, repairing, reinspecting, and finally closing process. The initial agent, Ashlee Jack, was terrible. We met once on the original look around. After that communication was difficult and unproductive. After she called us being aggressive, we requested a replacement and Roseanne was wonderful.
