Kathy is a phenomenal person. She really took care of us. She took us to see a lot of houses and that helped. She even took us back to see certain houses more than once. She’s very encouraging. She has a lot of patience. She answered all of my calls and text messages. She advocated for us when we needed it. I have learned so much from her because she’s so knowledgeable. Lila was wonderful. Always available whenever we wanted to see a home. She sent me emails everyday with new homes that were just coming on the market. She was never pushy or tried to talk us into something we didn’t really want. If I sent her an email late at night, not expecting a response until the following day, she always responded that same night. Knowledgeable, great personality, extremely helpful, she’s the best.

Excellent, she was very kind and I always felt she had my best benefit in mind. Very easy to talk to and always checked in to see how things were going. She was very straight forward and honest when viewing houses and even urged me to buy a house that was cheaper than what we were originally looking to buy (I bought the cheaper house). I highly recommend her.
