We started out good until the threats of being sued started and crossing the line on a few occasions but overall Christie spent a lot of time showing us a lot of homes and I appreciate that of her.

Sam was great. She very quickly understood what I was looking for and was great about helping me get to know the area. Her flexibility about scheduling showings and getting back to any of my questions was outstanding.

Michelle was amazing. She went above and beyond looking for properties. She has always available, very knowledgeable, and informative.

He was absolutely amazing. He has continued to help me even after everything was closed. I would highly recommend him!

While we looking for homes in Newport News, Kim didn't send anything to me for the southside (Portsmouth, Suffolk, Chesapeake, Norfolk, VA Beach). While looking at a very nice Newport News home, My son got a call from his girl friend with information that the home we bid on was back on the market. Kim (our assigned agent) did not know that the home we wanted was available. Thanks for others looking out for us we would not have the home we originally bid on.

Lack of communication......I started this process with her in Dec. 2021, me and my wife arranged to meet her on the 1st visit there and it didn't happen because I think she was ill. We were supposed to meet again a month later and for whatever reason that did not happen. The reason I say lack of communication & also poor communication is because I was asked 2-3 times what lender I was going with. I told her back in Dec / Jan that it was Veterans United, it was always veterans united. On June 14, 2022, she emailed me asking what lender again, then in early July I found out the Appraisal wasn't order, which I paid for back in April. On closing day, I went to the wrong office to signed the papers, again lack of communication, luckily I did e-signatures on the majority of the docs and the branch I arrived at took care of it, still never heard from her...After the June email and during the final days of the closing process, I never heard from her again.

We had a Horrible Experience with our agent. Our last straw was when He didn’t check in with the sellers about our requested home repairs until 3 days before closing. Not only did it push back closing 1 week, the repairs were poor & the home is still unlivable (no AC).
