Luci Buschard is one of the best real estate agents I have ever seen. Not only that, but she is an amazing person as well. She worked so incredibly hard for us and was available day or night. I had full trust in her throughout the entire process and I truly believe she had our best interest at heart and wanting to make sure our family was happy and in our new home as soon as possible. There were multiple bumps in the road and she handled them with a quickness. I have already referred two friends to her and would not want to work with anybody else in the area for home buying or selling.

Sam Rifkin is outstanding. He guided me through every house, letting me know the conditions he saw and discussing where I might need to make changes. He let me talk through my observations, adding information to help me make decisions. He kept me focused on the market we were in and appropriate pricing. Once I made an offer he made sure everything promised was delivered by the seller and worked with everyone to make sure all items were in for closing. An outstanding professional who I can recommend to anyone for help with a home sale or purchase.

Again, Very nice guy but, I would never recommend buying from or with him again, The house was an absolute wreck and now I see he only wanted money from me. I have had to spend well over $3,000 dollars on repairs and haven’t even been in the home a month. As I should have known when the real estate agent was the recommended for the inspection team and all. I don’t even believe and inspection took place now as it came back with zero repairs and day one when I moved in it was a host of repairs needed! Do not recommend!
