My closing was a hot mess. Was good at showing houses but when it was time for closing I was very disappointed! This isn’t my first house so I had very high expectations with this home buying process and it’s been a nightmare

Our real estate Agent was nice, however we did not really receive the service we were hoping for. We never saw her In person, and there was a lot of miscommunication all the way up until after closing. I do not believe it was intentional, but there were times that we would reach out and not receive replies for multiple days

Travis and his team worked with me for over 11 months to help me find my home and get it purchased. The biggest help was Veterans United pairing me with Pedro Carrizales to be my boots on the ground Realtor. Him and Travis helped me to make over 12 offers on homes during this crazy market we are in. We traveled and looked at numerous homes and had to make tweaks to offers and get new preapproval letters as we went along. Finally, we found a builder and was able to secure a lot and a floor pan that worked. It was a long road, but their communication and advice made it all easier to accomplish. Special thanks to Ashley for keeping us all in the loop. The TEAM did a great Job for me and will do the same for you as well.

Rose Dove,my real estate agent,was a wonderful positive experience working with. Rose went above and beyond in helping me sort thru most of the waves that came up,day,night,or weekend. Also working with the seller's agent as much as she did.I can't thank her enough. I'm very thankful that VU recommended Rose to me. I believe that my experience would have been harder without Rose. Rose was a great asset to me as she would be to anyone that had her on their team.

I can’t say enough nice things about Todd Mulhern. Working with Todd was like having your best friend helping you throughout the process and he answered all of our questions, even the dumb ones!

Mark is great. I will be recommending him to anyone I know in the are. Extremely patient and honest when going through houses and talking through what was best for our situation. Moving out of state this was key to find someone who listened and found us a home with what we were looking for and in our price point.
