What to say about Joe Yates....he put up with a lot of crazy and insane text messages of worry, anger, confusion, and pure insanity at times. I felt that he understood my expectations, needs and/or desires. I was dealing with an absolute crazy situation taking in my mother after some personal crisis in her life. The process of finding a home and purchasing the home was smooth. When issues arose the day I received my keys to the house, the AC died and the kitchen sink poured out water. He took my worried and frantic phone calls even when he was at an event. I would highly encourage anyone looking for a home to call Joe.

We loved Benny and will definitely want to use him again as well. Very sweet, funny, knowledgeable and understanding. We also love how he can be aggressive with getting things done, getting numbers together for us and with helping us finding exactly what we are looking for. He’s also very patient.
