We told him we were looking for something downtown, we looked on line found places sure he would make an appointment but we could have done that once he new the area we wanted he should have found places for us to see to save us from doing all the work ourselves he never ever found one property for us to look at

At the beginning Jonathan’s partner Cameron communicated well. However during the process he did not reach out about how things were going when we failed the WDO the first time. I had to start reaching out asking if the repairs were finished in process etc. then he never told me when they finished and I had to reach back out and ask again and then tell him I only had a week before closing and that I needed the WDO re inspection. Then I had to reach out asking for the results of re inspection for the 4 or inspection. He didn’t tell me they missed something and that repairs would be made I didn’t know that til I requested. I also requested a new survey and thought it was in the contract and at the beginning I asked him on the phone “are they ok with paying for a new survey” and he said “yes” but that wasn’t the case. and so I just didn’t like that after he did the contract he kind of went quiet on me and I felt I had to start chasing.
I’m still giving a 10 so that the rest of the team doesn’t fail this survey

Stephanie was amazing throughout the whole process. We were concerned about buying a home in Tennessee because we live in North Carolina and had to conduct business long distance. She was available for us whenever we needed her. After we made an offer, we were not able to make it back to Tennessee and she took care of everything for us. She went by and checked to make sure the house will be ready for us to move in to. She really gave us peace of mind and was always available even while she was on vacation,. We would recommend her to anyone. Stephanie is very personable and we felt like we were working with a friend. You need to use Stephanie as often as you can. She is amazing!!!!

Erin was exceptional from the initial showing all the way through closing. She was highly responsive, extremely knowledgeable about the VA loan process, and made the entire home-buying experience smooth and stress-free. Jayme Forrester was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was very attention detailed oriented, honest, and put us at ease! She treated us like you would want to be treated! I would recommend her especially for first time home owner's! We really appreciate her for all she did for us!
