My real estate agent was very helpful and extremely nice. He was readily available to answer any questions I had and to show any house I was interested in. The only downside we had was this: the moment my offer on a home was accepted and we went under contract, my real estate agent’s communication with me greatly dwindled. Questions asked of him were not answered in a timely manner. And there were questions only he would be able to answer. I understand real estate agents have more than one client, but just because a client has finally come under contract doesn’t mean they don’t still need their agent. Other than that, he was amazing!

Noahmi was a pleasure to work with. She stayed in touch and made sure no questions were left unanswered. She was always willing to answer questions, from the simplest to the most complex questions, she remained positive and her experience really shows in the way she handled communicating.

Very nice guy. Could have walked us through the process a little better. We were sort of floundering at points. Overall though very helpful. Worked hard to get us our house especially near the end of the process.

This is tough. She was nice...but...wasn't the ideal...go get'em type real estate agent. I would have liked a real estate agent that is going to be enthused about trying to find my new house or sell my current one...and the energy level never seemed to be there. But she did finish strong to help close everything out. Just...probably not the best to use for Veterans...

Lauren Hearn was outstanding and we would recommend her for agent for the year if we could. She went the extra mile to answer questions day or night. She eased the stress of looking at houses and buying one easier on us. She’s friendly, sweet and genuinely cares about her client’s. All around great experience.
