Had some momentary communications issues but overall good

Rated a 4 because we did ultimately get the home that we wanted, otherwise, I would rate her a 2. It was like pulling teeth to get real estate information from her. We never felt informed when we walked on a property. No information about schools, crime, or the homes in question. We found the house and asked her to set up the viewing, she did that task well. These interactions actually increased our stress as we went through the home buying process.

He should never be used to work with Veterans again. He did not seem to show he cared about us or have our best interests in mind during any portion of the buying process. I absolutely would never wish him on our worst enemy

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Lourdes and Joseph, who were referred to me through Veterans United. Both were very knowledgeable and informative every step of the way. I really felt I could trust them as we were viewing potential homes because they would be honest about flaws and faults with a property that even the listing agent may have tried to hide.They were patient with me as we considered over 3 dozen property listings, never once being too pushy about closing on a property. They always had my best interests in mind, and were always willing to back me up when I felt a need to challenge any decisions that were not made by me.

Korynne was absolutely amazing. She made my first time buying a home aa very knowledgeable experience. She caught things in or out of the house that made monumental changes in how we approached negotiations for the house. It was because of her that the damaged roof was replaced and other repairs completed. She was ready and willing to do what it took to get me in this home. She also communicated very well with VU and me, kept us all informed on everything happening on her end of the purchase. I will definitely work with Korynne again in the future and implore you to use her again.

During a time of low inventory and high selling prices, my agent, Sylvana, was able to be aggressive with showings to help my wife and I find the perfect house in a rather large search area. After finding the perfect house, she expertly navigated the bidding process and helped us appeal to the Sellers to accept our offer which was not the highest one sent. She also helped navigate the inspections, negotiations, and closing with a difficult Seller team. Without her, I cannot confidently say we would have a new home to live in.

Our Real Estate Agent was outstanding. Mr. Ammons was very professional and possessed great work ethics. Very informative and precise on expectations from the buyer. He stayed in touch via phone, text, and email throughout the process, leaving no room for error. I highly recommend Mr. Ammons for honesty, opinions, and needs for the purchase of your new home.
