While the realtor is a good guy and I wouldn't mind grabbing a beer with him, he ended up not really being the best fit for us. With the way the current market is, he wasn't as proactive and motivated to get us in our home.After creating a tracking spreadsheet myself, and pretty much driving the process, it took Kelsey talking to him to light a fire under him to transition from a reactive approach to more of a proactive approach.And even then, I still felt I had to pull him along all the way up until closing.

Lisa was the perfect counterpart to Tommy in that she aggressively negotiated to Tommy’s specifications. I’ve gone through this process enough times to know that so few agents possess the level of enthusiasm and care that Lisa provides her clients. She made me feel like the priority no matter what she had going on, and provided regular follow ups when I was unable to visit the homesite.Lisa also ensured I was well informed on market trends and took all of my suggestions seriously, no matter how vague they were. She provided spreadsheets and comparisons that made sure my purchase would be both a sound financial decision and in a beautiful location.I am very satisfied with my agent and thankful for her involvement.

She went so above and beyond what could be hoped for. We were buying in virginia from Hawaii in preparation for a move and she was there every step of the way. Sending us videos when we couldn’t FaceTime, checking out the house within hours of posting, and having all the information you could need!
