TJ Quinn was great! Great communication and I felt like he really cares about what he does! He kept me on track and communicated with the sellers effectively especially since the sellers were being very difficult and uncooperative! I feel TJ had my best interests as priority and took very good care of this whole home buying process!

He did not search for any homes for us, only showed the ones we found. He passed on information from the selling realtor that was not true. He informed us of a water contamination and simply said a water filter fixes it for you. Did not say that filter entailed a cost of $59.00 a month.or offer any other options

Patrick Lum is the best realtor I had to work with. He doesn’t push but ensures he finds the right home to the client’s specification. He answers any concerns even on weekends, he ensures repairs are done, and he coordinates well with the Loan officer. He knows the area around Hawaii and he would point out the cons and pros of properties being considered. I bought a house virtually and I am very happy with choice thanks to him and the loan officer

Bonnie King was our realtor with remax homes. She also answered any questions we had and kept in contact with the sellers the whole time. she showed patience when we requested viewing around 15 different homes resulting in only 2 offers. I would recommend the same team to anyone looking in the same area.
