Never do video visits when buying a house, you don't get the full disclosure of defects in the property. Walkthrough day before closing is not enough time. When you rely on your agent to be your eyes when you are out of town, is a bad idea. Never rush a closing, you lose in the long run.

Mrs.Mary was amazing! She promised me when we first met that she would find me a home that I would be happy with and she definitely fulfilled her promise. She was there to walk homes with me after work during the week and first thing in the morning on the weekends. I will definitely recommend her to anybody I know who is interested in buying a home. If I ever want to buy another home, I know who to pick up the and call. Definitely couldn’t have done it without her.
