I interacted more with the garbage man than I did with my real estate agent. There were TWO important dates that I would have expected my agent to be present in. Initial contract signing and closing. She was present to neither. She sent a bottle of wine with one of her colleagues at closing which was a nail on the coffin because I am 4 months sober and she would have known that if she was a good agent. She was ALWAYS out of the loop and if there was something she did know I knew before her. The Loan team, YouTube and google answered more questions and concerns than my agent because she wasn’t present. Veterans United need to do a better job about monitoring the people they work with. Because this lady is just collecting paychecks.

Shamil Shalwani helped me find my dream home on day one of our search. He guided me away from money pits using his keen eye for defects indicative of deeper issues. He negotiated with the seller’s realtor with my best interest and in just two days he had already scheduled the inspection to allow me time to decide on repairs I wanted done. Great job!

They were the best. They made things easier even though it was a little radio silent at first but end results were perfect and we got what we wanted! Really appreciate all their hard work. Also, they were funny. Made us laugh alot of times especially Jaime. But will definitely recommend Alfonso and Jaime to others. Thank You Both SM!
