Joe Newby was an amazing realtor to work with! Joe is a veteran realtor with 25 years experience. Joe loves to work with Veterans because he is a Veteran himself. Joe was very responsive to our needs. No matter the time or day of the week, he was always willing to go when we asked to check out a home that we were interested in. We are from out of state so seeing the homes with him on FaceTime was so helpful to us in our decision making process. Joe understands how to make your offer look very attractive and gives you the best chance of getting into the home of your dreams! I am so blessed to have met Joe Newby. I trust him completely and I hope to be lifelong friends with him. I promise that you will never find a better realtor!!

She went above and beyond. Anytime I texted or called, she was always on it and took care of any issues I had. She's quick, sweet, very knowledgeable, and an extremely hard worker. She helped me when I thought it would be impossible to get into a house in the area. From the all the Real Estate Agents I've worked with, JoAnn is by far the most helpful, informed, considerate, and involved agent! She made me feel as if I was family through the entire process.

Cathy Barge was a phenomenal agent who I felt always had the buyers interest at heart. If her timeliness was rated on a ten point scale, we’d give her 100 and then some! Her ability to work with us, who are out of state, and be able to accommodate our concerns was spectacular!

Greg Martin did a great job at giving the house tour via Zoom as we were purchasing from out of state. He was able to describe details that would not come across the screen as well e.g. smell, temperature, etc.
