We ended up having to fire our original real estate agent because she was always busy and couldnt help us like we needed her to since we were first time home buyers. We ended up getting Luke and he was sooo much better he actually spent time helping up selecting homes to view.

Jenny is AH-MAZING! She heard my priorities of needs in a house, location, school district and neighborhood and kept them to heart. Jenny is very prompt in answering my questions & booking open houses or even just inquiries of a listing. She has a wealth of knowledge in real estate. With my modest income I only imagined what house we'd get and where. AND one day she asked "What about this home it checks off all the boxes? Lets try for this one." This house was beautiful, near my family, great neighborhood, and my kids dont have to transfer schools, 10 out of 10 and "out-of-my-league". BUT with Jenny, we now call this beautiful house Our Home.

Summer is hands down the best! I mean I doubt there are enough good things I can say about her. I mentioned what we had been looking for and what was in our range and well... now I have a home! Summer is extraordinary knowledgable and that knowledge saved me from making a few BIG mistakes. I've no idea what she gets paid in all of this but its not enough. Do not lose this asset!!
