Did not communicate very well with my other real estate agent for my selling home not communicate extraordinarily well with us as clients and then played to my real estate agent. I did not listen to some of the kids that we had expressed to her in regards to meaning to sell our home as a contingency to buy

Maria was wonderful and informative. I basically asked her to hold my hand though out the process and she was patient and understanding. She kept our wants and needs in mind and even made sure our dogs were taken care of. Maria is a professional and truly an expert in her field.While viewing properties Maria was very informative and pointed out things to us a first time home buyer like ourselves might not notice or think about before purchasing.

Very kind and helpful, she has a good knowledge of VA loan requirements . She went above and beyond. She helped me to learn the different aspects of owning a home in Maine versus California. From heating and plumbing to what repairs can be made at what time of year. She took me through two FaceTime tours of the home. Once at the beginning and once on the day of signing. 100% Satisfaction
