She was great. She was a bulldog when needed, but, guided me really well in what would make us the most competitive in order to close a deal. She was great at answering and explaining any questions in a patient and timely manner. My only possible grump would be typos in emails. That is hardly even worth a mention.

Laurel Barrett is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. She asked what we were looking for and she made it her business not to waste our time showing us homes that didn’t match our criteria. Late nights and early mornings she always responded. We felt like she wouldn’t show us anything that she wouldn’t live in herself. She’s honest and didn’t brush over obvious issues like many realtors. She’s amazing.

As a first-time home buyer, she was also great with giving me additional resources and helping me understand the escrow process thoroughly. I'll definitely be referring her to anyone I know that wants to start house hunting.
